The travel resources I use and love –
I have compiled this list to share with you! Check back often as I will updated based on products I have personally tried and loved.
Amazon travel necessities
- These are the only hiking shoes I have used since 2021. Easy to pack and comfortable on hikes from easy to extreme.
- I am embarrassed by the number of times I have needed or used one of these headlamps. Always have one when planning a hike.
- A light packable windproof & waterproof jacket that I always bring along on every trip.
- I use the Cadence travel containers personally and highly recommend but they are an investment. These are a great budget friendly option that I have used as well.
- I always bring along a mini med kit. The items I keep stocked, regardless of the destination
- Dramamine for the occasional motion sickness, even if you feel that never get motion sick. It snuck up on me in the past few years, along with altitude sickness.
- Tylenol in travel size for the inevitable headache that comes along with travel.
- Pepto as you never know when your stomach will be in need of some relief.
- This little travel pack of bandages. I have a tendency of getting a bit banged up on hikes.
- As a fair skinned gal, I am always in need of aloe. Early in my travel journey, I forgot aloe and had to pay $30 for a basic, low quality, small bottle at a remote resort after a nasty burn. While you’d think I wouldn’t forget after that, I just found myself attempting to speak in Spanish at a pharmacy in Panama, which they did not have. Always ensure you have a packet or two on hand.
- Hand sanitizer, always.

- Travel charms
- Portland Gear – My favorite travel backpack. Stays open when unzipped, fits all my gear, easy handles, hidden pocket. Get asked where it is from all the time. Waterproof
